Diana Temple – Stereographic

These images show reprojected versions of this panorama. The Diana temple has been built around 1613 – 1617 with it’s surrounding park. It is located in the centre of the Hofgarten, a small park near the city centre of Munich.

In the late 1990s hang gliding was a popular sport in and around Bad Hindelang. The hang gliders were transported to the start place using a chair lift. The old chair lift has been replaced by a cable car and the sportsmen started to go paragliding instead. So this ramp is seldom used nowadays.

In 2012 the German Unity Day has been celebrated in Munich. The celebrations include a showcase of the German federated states (Bundesländer) and also other institutions like the parties of the Bavarian parliament. In the courtyard of the Bavarian Ministry of the Interior was an exhibition showing the many task of the ministry. This image shows a reprojected version of a panorama I made in the courtyard.

In the backyard of St.Barbara you have a city view showing the Jesuite college on the left. The church tower in the distance is from St.James church. The church of St.Barbara is an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Some years ago during a high-water the old bridge has been destroyed. This wooden frame work bridge is the new one. It is a very similar construction to the one you find some kilometers downstream.
