Loch Ard Gorge

This panorama shows one section of Loch Ard Gorge. It can be reached by some steps from the carpark.

The shooting was done with a 2.60 meter (appx. 8.5 ft) pole to reach a more elevated viewpoint. The lens was mounted with a custom-made bracket. Stitched from five images taken with a Walimex (Samyang) 7.5mm fish eye lens on a Sony QX1. Four images around and an additional image for the nadir. The zenith was retouched by hand in post-processing.

Originally this panorama was my submission to the World Wide Panaorama event 'Travel'. I took it with a monopod mounted on a tripod and took four images with the Walimex 7.5mm fishe eye lens mounted on the Sony ILCE-QX1.
This panorama shows the outlet of the Cave Stream in the Cave Stream Scenic Reserve.
At a recent visit to Munich I also exited the subway at the station Messestadt West.
This stereographic reprojection shows the Euro Symbol near the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.

The Gibson Steps are leading down to Gibson Beach. When your driving on the Great Ocean Road from east to west, then this is the first location, where you can see one of the "Twelve Apostles".
This image shows a reprojected version of the Cine-Teatro São João panorama. The projection is "transverse mercator".
This deserted pedestrian passageway is usually very crowded. It leads from the subway tube to the Marienplatz.
