This is a reprojected equirectangular panoramic image. The projection is "stereographic down".
Originally this panorama was my submission to the
World Wide Panaorama event 'Travel'
. I took it with a monopod mounted on a tripod and took four images with the Walimex 7.5mm fishe eye lens mounted on the Sony ILCE-QX1.
A quick and dirty cylindrical panorama made from two images shot with the panorama mode of a Sony NX5.
This is the view from Tegelberg down towards Füssen and the Forgggensee.
For shooting the WWP Paths event I used a new tripod/monopod construction you can see here:
From the 85m high tower of Munich's town hall you have a great view over the city centre. When you're lucky you can even see the Bavarian alps in the distance. The tower can easily be ascend via elevator.
Some informations on post-processing the image 'Castle Rock near Lynton (Devon, England)'.
This is from my 2019 calender either the Marcxh or the September page.
While taking a little hike near Lynton I took this panorama.
